Recruiting a new resource to support your business development can be a tricky decision especially in emerging markets where it is sometimes difficult to find qualified candidates. 
Unlike traditional HR agencies that are getting their primary data base from social network platforms such as LinkedIn, ShortCut MEA uses in priority its network among established distributors and multinationals that are already implemented in the region. Our consultants also have a real professional background within the industry and function where they will source your future employees. Doing so, we can introduce reliable profiles that have strong recommendations. 
Our support covers sales & marketing, supply & logistics, finance and HR functions from entry level to senior profiles in the consumer goods, cosmetics and luxury industries. 
STEP 1
 
Defining the recruitment project: job description, experience required, packages & other. 
We will follow your guidelines and give you some advices on the project requirements. 
We will make sure that everything is in line with the market where you are willing to source your candidates. 
 
Candidates screening: we use our network during that stage. Thanks to our strong relations with the most established distributors in the region and also our network among most of the multinationals implemented in MEA, we will get a shortlist of the most suitable profiles.

Candidates pre-interviews: ShortCut MEA Sourcing team will proceed to the introduction interviews in order to ensure that the shortlisted profiles are fully in line with the company's KPIs
We will also provide to the company the SC ID which gives a very detailed description of the candidate along with his requested package. . 
 
 
During this final stage, the candidates will go through the company internal recruitment process. 
ShortCut MEA will still assist both the candidate and the company during the process. Once the right profile is selected, ShortCut MEA will follow up the situation during the probation period. We believe that a recruitment is only successful after the fulfillment of the probation period and our compensation is based on that.
